My 2020 XRS850 went down a cylinder while riding to Caribou from Patten for the weekend. A Plourde employee offered to stay late past closing time until I could drop the sled off and promised they would look at it the next morning first thing. I got a call by 945 AM they had replaced an ignition coil and it was all set. Plourde and Plourde saved my entire weekend and processed the warranty claim seamlessly. They have always helped out other riders in my group in the past, and now I have my own first hand experience of how great they are.

While on a snowmobile trip visiting Caribou Maine from NY in January 2019 my wife & I dropped in unannounced for a "reverse failure" on her 2015 GSX 1200 SE. After learning we were from out of town and only having a limited amount of time shop Manager Anson & Service writer John tended to our need with little fanfare & positive attitudes. While hanging around I made the mistake of sitting on a new '19 900 Renegade Turbo. Like true sales persons Anson & John told they told me it was a perfect fit...Ha Ha ...To make a long story short Anson gave me a fair offer on my '14 GSX 1200 and a deal was struck with a handshake. Minutes later the owner Bob was driving me to the local bank - coincidentally the same named brand bank where I bank in NY. Within minutes a bank check was drawn up. Shortly thereafter we returned to the shop where my wife drove out on her '15 GSX with a operable reverse & me on my '19 Renegade 900 enduro turbo. All were happy. No buyers remorse on either end. A fair deal all around. Both winners - no losers. Because of the way we were treated I would be delighted to do business with Plourde & Plourde again. I was in the market for a new Utility sled and found that PLOURDE & PLOURDE had quite an array of Utility machines. The machine I ended up purchasing had come in on trade and had really low miles and is in spectacular condition. I felt like Bob hand selected this machine for me and his service technicians thoroughly walked me over every aspect of the machine. Thanks to all !

Was on my last ride of the year when I lost three y pipe bolts on my Ski Doo. I limped the sled back to Caribou and called over. They had me bring the sled right over. Was late in the day and they got me right in. They had me back out within 2 hours! These guys are the true meaning of a trailside dealer and service shop. There customer service was top notch.... Couldn't be happier!!!

Had planned a big loop for this past Saturday 3/19 by sled from Caribou to Allagash and back and woke up in the morning to find a broken roller in my secondary clutch. I was figuring my day was done, but thought I would try a local dealer. Not only did Plourde and Plourde have the part I needed, they were able to get it in right away. They did a bang up job on my sled, did it quick and charge to do the work was very reasonable. I could not have asked for better service. This dealership in Caribou saved my day and about made my weekend. I was on the trail just after noon time and was able to catch my group.THANK YOU

Traveling from Vermont, the engine blew in my Electra Glide. Your dealership arranged to have it picked up in Houlton the same morning I called and started work on it immediately when they unloaded it. Kurt was fantastic and had it running in no time. Your service dept. is fantastic. We are back on schedule and will be at our son's graduation thanks to him. We were impressed.
